A standard chiller room is constructed using polyurethane insulation panels, sliding or hinged doors, compressor condensing units, air-blowing evaporators, expansion valves, and various supporting accessories. All components are carefully selected and customized to meet specific capacity and temperature requirements, ensuring optimal performance and high energy efficiency. For typical small to medium-sized cold rooms, air-cooled compressor condensing units combined with air cooler systems are commonly used. The electrical control panel enables intelligent control of refrigeration, defrosting, and fan operations, while providing reliable protection for the compressor. This system features a simple and compact structure, allowing for convenient installation and operation. Furthermore, with the integration of a PLC control system, HMI touchscreen, and precision sensors, the cold storage room can achieve accurate monitoring and regulation of gases including oxygen and carbon dioxide, creating a safe and precisely controlled atmosphere for stored products.
