PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

Low-Temperature Cold Storages, Freezer Room, are mainly used for the long-term low-temperature storage of food, pharmaceuticals and other items requiring cryogenic preservation.

• The main body is constructed with polyurethane insulation panels. The cabinet adopts double-sided plastic-coated color steel plates or stainless steel plates as the outer protective layer, with high-density polyurethane foam meticulously filled in between to create an effective thermal insulation barrier. The standard panel thickness is 150mm or 200mm.

• The core refrigeration equipment comprises compressor condensing units and evaporators. Compressors can be chosen from scroll, semi-hermetic reciprocating, or screw types, depending on the system's cooling capacity requirements. They can be applied in either single or parallel configurations to suit specific operational needs. Evaporators, on the other hand, come in air-cooled fan type and aluminum tube type, catering to diverse stored goods and cold room structural designs.

• The refrigeration system is equipped with a microcomputer control system, enabling precise temperature regulation and real-time monitoring of operational parameters. It boasts comprehensive protection and alarm functions to ensure safe and reliable operation. Additionally, remote monitoring and control capabilities are integrated, allowing for convenient management from a distance. For centralized control, a system integrating PLC and human-machine interface (HMI) can be adopted for unified display and operation management.
